Just popping in to say that I've lost 7 pounds since I last posted!  I started using the My Fitness Pal ap for my iPhone and it's helped a lot.  I've been eating around 2000 calories a day and working out 3x a week.

  1. That's fantastic! Esspecially on such a good amount of calories, well done for not following the cut down to a daft amount of calorie trend. I need to download that app!
